JTLH  takes personal data privacy seriously and we are committed to safeguarding and preserving that of our website visitors and potential clients. Our aim is to try finding the right property for you and to provide you with all relevant information you request from us (i.e. when you request a brochure, ask for a viewing at site or ask for a call back from us) or/and updates to the building sites we are building and selling and where you registered your interest for these sites (i.e. when you would like to be contacted and stay up to date with news on our developments). We will not pass your information to any other third party or sell your information to any other third party for their marketing purposes.

The purposes of processing your information and legal basis for the processing

It is very important for us as a Data Controller of your personal information, that you know how and why we ask for your personal information. This ensures that you can always expect transparent and lawful processing of your personal data from us. We use the information that we collect from you when you:

• voluntarily provide them to us: personal, contact and other relevant (such as your comments) information you have provided to us showing your interest in our business or requesting further information from us by filling in the enquiry/contact us form on this website
• or when you visit our website: we collect standard internet log information using Cookies.

When you fill in the enquiry/contact us form, we process:

• Your Name, Title, email address and telephone number – so we can contact you and provide the relevant information you requested from us, demonstrating your interest. Depending on the specific interest you’ve indicated, we may process this information for:
  • Contacting you back via email or telephone based on your preferred choice (if you request further information or would like to arrange a viewing)
  • Sending you a brochure that you have requested
  • Sending you periodic updates about the build progress of our development and new development projects we build
• Other information such as comments you have provided, are utilised to tailor our response to your enquiry, ensuring it meets your needs and to your satisfaction.

We collect and process the personal information listed above, when you voluntarily provide the information to us by filling and submitting the enquiry/contact us form solely to respond to your request and interest shown in our business and services. 

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent. We do not collect any personal data listed above unless you agree and consent to the processing of your personal information.

We may reach out to you under the following circumstances: if you have requested to stay connected, if you are an existing client, or if we have updates that we deem important and relevant to you based on your previous expressed interest. For instance, if you previously registered interest or requested information about a specific property and there are significant updates such as limited availability, we may contact you via email or phone. we believe the information provided will be valuable to you, and you, as a data subject, may reasonably expect such follow-up from JTLH. 

If you become our client, for example, by purchasing a property or entering into an agreement or pre-agreement with us, the processing of relevant information necessary for this purpose will be based on the necessity for the performance of the contract or agreement between us and you. This also includes taking necessary steps at your request prior to entering into a contract or agreement with us. 

You can withdraw you consent at any time. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing your personal information based on your consent before its withdrawal. How long we hold your data for

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose we obtained your personal information; which is mainly to provide you with relevant information about the property you are interested in.

If you requested periodic updates, we will process your personal information until you withdraw your consent (by sending us the withdrawal request or by unsubscribing to our emails by clicking on unsubscribe link within the email).  

For other purposes (i.e. If you requested call back), we hold data you entered into the enquiry form for a period of 12 months; after that period, we delete all data. We hold the data for this period in the event we may need to update you with information you have previously requested or maybe interested in In addition we may need it for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims or to identify you as a person shall you withdraw your consent so we can process your request. 

Your rights as Data Subject

You have certain rights (under applicable data protection law and regulations) as a Data Subject; you can exercise those rights against us as a Data Controller. These rights might not apply in all circumstances.

If we can satisfactorily identify you as a data subject and hold information about you we shall free of charge and within one month respond to a request from you regarding that information. This applies only to processing that is based on your consent or if processing is necessary for performance of a contract; and the processing is carried out by automated means.
• the right to object to processing of your personal data (as relevant) – in certain circumstances you can object to processing of your personal data based on direct marketing (including profiling), processing for statistical purposes or on our legitimate interests. Where you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal information for such purposes.
• Rights in relation to automated decision-making including profiling– we can confirm that this is not performed by our company and we do not process your personal information for solely automated decision-making including profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significant effects for you.

Disclosure of personal information

In all circumstances we will not disclose personal data without informing you or without an individual’s consent, unless:

• we are required to disclose your data in order to prevent fraud and reduce the risk of fraud
• we are legally required to do so by law
• we need it so we can provide our services to you (this would generally mean if we need to engage a data processor that would provide a service for you on our behalf, i.e. where we cannot technically achieve such service)

We do pass your name and email address to third party email service provider (data processor) but we retain full control over the protection of your personal information. This means that we have ensured, by written contract with the data processor, that your personal data has appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law to ensure the integrity and security of your personal data and processing.

Everyone who has access to your personal data, does not process those data except on instructions from us as a data controller.
